Showtime - 60 Minutes Sports - Launch Spot
My Role: Concept, Design, Art Direction
“60 Minutes Sports” is a sports news program based on the popular “60 Minutes” show. Showtime wanted to capitalize on the brand equity of the iconic stopwatch, but needed a concept and design that allows sports to be the main focus.
My solution was to fly into the inner workings of the stopwatch and find that it’s a deep mechanical “vortex” in which the world of sports journalism lives.
